At La Milpa, we prepare our maíz the same way the Aztecs did: we soak the corn in lime water and cook in small batches. After that, we grind the corn in small batches on-site using specially-grooved volcanic stone grinders. We use the ground corn masa as the base for our one of a kind chips.

All-Natural White Corn Chips
Our all-natural white corn tortilla chips are made using non-GMO certified, Native American grown corn right here in Colorado. We fry our chips in small batches using coconut oil. Lastly, we top our chips off with just the right amount of natural sea salt.
