For generations, our family’s survival has been rooted in what we could grow, make, and share. From working the land to running storefronts and paleterías in Central Mexico, making and sharing food has always been our way of life.

Today, La Milpa is a family-owned and operated tortilla factory and storefront in Grand Junction, Colorado.
We carry forward the traditions we were raised on—combining time-tested methods with modern tools to keep quality high and consistency tight.
